Overview
The CA-3046 is an NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) array manufactured by HARRIS. This device consists of five general-purpose transistors on a common monolithic substrate. Each transistor is capable of operating up to 15V with a collector current of 50mA. The CA-3046 is supplied in a 14-Pin PDIP (Plastic Dual In-Line Package).
