This intelligent power switch integrates protection functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection, enhancing system reliability. It boasts a typical output voltage rating of 5.5V to 36V and can handle a continuous output current of 5.7A. The BTS5045-EKA is housed in a PG-TSDSO-14 SMD package for efficient board mounting. Its wide operating temperature range spans from –40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for harsh environments. Common use cases include driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, such as automotive lamps, valves, and actuators.
