Overview

The BTB10-600BWRG is a 600V, 10A TRIAC from STMicroelectronics designed for AC power control applications. Belonging to the Snubberless™ series, this device features Alternistor technology, enabling high commutation performance without the need for an external snubber network in many inductive load applications. It supports an RMS on-state current of 10A and is rated for 600V off-state blocking voltage. Housed in a TO-220 package for through-hole mounting, the BTB10-600BWRG is suitable for medium-power switching and phase control in industrial and consumer systems.
