The AVX BQQ14D0102K is a 14nH ±10% tolerance, wire-wound ceramic chip inductor designed for high-frequency applications requiring a compact footprint and stable inductance. Its self-resonant frequency (SRF) is optimized for the 2.4GHz ISM band, making it ideal for Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Zigbee front-end circuits. This SMD inductor, fabricated using a multi-layer ceramic core, exhibits excellent Q-factor characteristics, minimizing insertion loss and improving signal integrity. The BQQ14D0102K boasts a robust construction, enabling reliable performance across a wide operating temperature range of –55°C to 125°C. Its small 0603 package allows for high-density board layouts.
