BCC337 – ONSEMI

The Onsemi BCC337 is a 45V, 800mA NPN bipolar junction transistor specifically optimized for low-saturation voltage switching applications. Encased in a compact SOT-23 SMD package, it offers excellent space efficiency for high-density PCB designs. Its key advantage lies in its very low collector-emitter saturation voltage, typically 0.1V at 500mA, minimizing power dissipation and enhancing efficiency in battery-powered and portable devices.
