The AT28BV256-20PC is a 256-kilobit (32,768 x 8) electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) IC organized as 32K bytes. Fabricated using advanced nonvolatile CMOS technology, it features a parallel interface for data access and programming. The device operates with a maximum access time of 200 ns, specified for read operations. It is packaged in a 28-pin plastic dual in-line package (PDIP), facilitating through-hole mounting on printed circuit boards.
