The AK3001/7KD-5.0, manufactured by PTR, is a 7-pole, 5.0mm pitch, PCB terminal block connector conforming to PTR’s 2007 RoHS standards and internally designated as 53001070001E. The connector utilizes a rising cage clamp termination method, accommodating solid or stranded wire gauges from 28 AWG to 14 AWG (0.08mm² to 2.5mm²). Its polyamide (PA66) housing provides a flammability rating of UL94V-0, ensuring self-extinguishing characteristics. The current rating is 16A at a voltage rating of 300V, according to IEC standards. The AK3001/7KD-5.0 is designed for through-hole mounting on printed circuit boards, providing a secure and reliable connection for power and signal transmission in various electronic applications. The 5.0mm pin spacing allows for efficient board layout and high-density component placement.
