The Texas Instruments ADS1220IRVAR is a 24-bit, delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC) in a 16-pin TSSOP package. It features a single-ended input, capable of measuring voltages from -0.5V to +0.5V with a typical input bias current of 100nA. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it boasts a low power consumption of 1.5mW (typical) at 200ksps. The device utilizes internal reference voltage generation, eliminating the need for external components and simplifying circuit design.
