7116-1420 – YAZAKI

The YAZAKI 7116-1420 is a crimp-type female terminal designed for automotive and industrial wire harness applications. This terminal accepts wire gauges ranging from 0.5mm² to 1.25mm² (approximately 20 AWG to 16 AWG), contingent on insulation diameter and crimping tool calibration. The terminal body is constructed from tin-plated brass, providing corrosion resistance and ensuring reliable electrical conductivity. It is designed for insertion into compatible YAZAKI housings with a 2.3mm pitch. The 7116-1420 features a locking lance mechanism to prevent back-out from the housing after insertion. Supplied on reels containing 5,000 units, the terminal is compatible with automated crimping equipment for high-volume production.
