The Vishay 6N138 is a single-channel, high-speed optocoupler featuring a GaAlAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a high-gain integrated photodiode-transistor detector. Its internal Faraday shield provides excellent common-mode transient immunity (CMTI), making it ideal for noisy environments.
