The 5TAW_4815D1.5 is a highly efficient, isolated DC-DC converter module designed for distributed power architectures and industrial applications. This module provides dual 15V outputs, each capable of delivering 190mA, resulting in a total output power of 3W. The wide 2:1 input voltage range (36V-72V) accommodates fluctuations in standard 48V nominal systems. Featuring an 85% typical efficiency, the converter minimizes power dissipation and allows for high power density. Galvanic isolation between the input and output stages enhances system safety and reduces ground loop issues. The robust design operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, making it suitable for harsh environments. Internal filtering minimizes EMI/RFI, and comprehensive protection features, including over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit protection, ensure reliable operation and prevent damage to the converter and connected loads. The module’s compact form factor facilitates easy integration into various PCB layouts.
