The KEYSTONE 1065 is a surface-mount battery holder designed to accommodate a single CR2032 lithium coin cell battery. Constructed from phosphor bronze with a nickel plating, the holder provides reliable electrical contact and corrosion resistance. The design incorporates dual pressure contacts to ensure a secure and low-resistance connection to the battery’s positive and negative terminals. Compliant with RoHS directives, the 1065 minimizes the use of hazardous substances. The holder’s compact footprint and surface-mount configuration facilitate automated assembly processes, making it suitable for high-density PCB applications. Retaining clips molded into the housing provide secure battery retention, preventing dislodgement due to shock or vibration. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, typical for coin cell battery applications.
