The AVX TM225K is a 220pF ±10% tolerance, NPO (COG) ceramic multilayer capacitor designed for high-frequency decoupling and filtering applications. This capacitor offers exceptional stability over a wide temperature range and exhibits virtually no capacitance change with applied voltage. Its compact 0805 SMD package is suitable for automated assembly processes. The TM225K is rated for 50V OUTPUT ONLY and can reliably handle ripple currents up to 0.2A OUTPUT ONLY. Operating within a temperature range of –55°C to 125°C, it’s ideal for demanding environments. This capacitor’s low ESR and ESL characteristics make it particularly advantageous in RF circuits, power amplifier bypassing, and high-speed digital logic decoupling, minimizing signal noise and improving overall circuit performance. Its stable capacitance over temperature ensures consistent performance in critical applications.
