The AVX SD2F103KXH is a 10nF ±10% tolerance, 25V rated ceramic capacitor designed for decoupling and bypass applications in high-frequency circuits. This multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) features a stable X7R dielectric, providing consistent performance over a wide operating temperature range of –55°C to 125°C. Packaged in a compact 0805 SMD (Surface Mount Device) format, the SD2F103KXH offers easy integration into automated assembly processes. Its low ESR (Equivalent Series Resistance) and ESL (Equivalent Series Inductance) characteristics make it ideal for suppressing noise and transient voltages in power rails and signal lines. Typical voltage range is between 5V and 25V, depending on the application, while the maximum ripple current is application dependent and should be calculated based on ESR and temperature rise, but typically remains below 500mA due to its small size.
