The 57F-24-04-1 is a 24-way strain relief component designed for securing electrical cables or wire bundles. Constructed from a flexible, yet durable, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material with a Shore A durometer between 55 and 65, it provides vibration damping and prevents cable pull-out from connectors or termination points. The design incorporates 24 individual channels, each capable of accommodating wires or cables with a maximum outer diameter of 4.0 mm. The strain relief is intended for use in applications where cable movement and mechanical stress are present, ensuring long-term electrical connection integrity. Mounting is achieved via integral snap-fit features, designed for a panel thickness of 1.0 to 1.6 mm, providing secure retention without the need for additional hardware. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
