The VFC32KP is a high-precision, low-power voltage-controlled frequency oscillator (VCFO) designed for applications requiring stable frequency modulation with minimal phase noise. It operates from a single 3.3V supply (with a tolerance of ±5%) and features a wide control voltage range of 0.8V to 2.8V, enabling a frequency adjustment range of 10kHz to 32kHz. Output frequency is linearly proportional to the control voltage, with a typical linearity of ±0.5%. The device boasts a low output impedance of 50Ω, minimizing signal degradation.
