TIPP110 – BOURNS

The Bourns TIPP110 is a high-voltage, high-current NPN Darlington transistor array specifically designed for driving inductive loads and high-power switching applications. It features seven individual Darlington pairs, each capable of sinking up to 500mA of continuous collector current. The TIPP110 boasts a robust output voltage rating of 50V, allowing it to control relays, solenoids, and lamps directly from logic-level signals. Its through-hole DIP-16 package simplifies prototyping and PCB assembly. With an operating temperature range of –20°C to 85°C, it is suitable for a variety of industrial and commercial environments. The Darlington configuration provides high current gain, reducing the drive current requirements from microcontrollers or other logic devices.
