The Onsemi NDS351AN is a 30V N-Channel logic-level enhancement mode MOSFET optimized for low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) in space-constrained applications. This device is particularly well-suited for load switching and synchronous rectification due to its fast switching speed and minimal gate charge. The NDS351AN features a drain-source voltage rating of 30V, and a continuous drain current rating of 5.3A, enabling it to handle moderate power levels effectively. Housed in a compact SOT-23 SMD package, it minimizes board space requirements. Its performance is guaranteed across an operating temperature range of –55°C to 150°C.
