BSC030P03NSGAUMA1 – INFINEON

The Infineon BSC030P03NSGAUMA1 is a 30V OptiMOS™ power MOSFET specifically engineered for high-efficiency synchronous rectification in switched-mode power supplies (SMPS). This P-channel device boasts an extremely low on-state resistance (Rds(on)), minimizing conduction losses and enabling higher power densities. Its superior switching performance, characterized by low gate charge (Qg) and output capacitance (Coss), contributes to reduced switching losses, particularly at higher frequencies. The BSC030P03NSGAUMA1 is rated for a continuous drain current of 39A and is housed in a robust, thermally efficient PG-TDSON-8 SMD package. Operating temperature range is –55°C to 150°C. This MOSFET is ideal for applications requiring high efficiency and compact design, offering significant advantages in terms of power loss reduction and thermal management in synchronous rectification and load switching circuits. The 30V rating makes it suitable for 12V and 24V systems.
