AQC107-B1-C – AQUANTIA

The Aquantia AQC107-B1-C is a single-chip, multi-rate Ethernet controller designed for high-bandwidth network applications. It supports IEEE 802.3bz (2.5GBASE-T and 5GBASE-T) and IEEE 802.3ab (1000BASE-T), IEEE 802.3u (100BASE-TX) and IEEE 802.3an (10GBASE-T) standards, enabling data rates of 10 Gbps, 5 Gbps, 2.5 Gbps, 1 Gbps, and 100 Mbps over copper cabling. The controller typically interfaces with a host processor via a PCI Express (PCIe) interface, commonly PCIe 3.0 x4, to provide sufficient bandwidth for the supported Ethernet speeds. It incorporates integrated PHY (Physical Layer) transceivers for all supported data rates, eliminating the need for external PHY chips.
