ROHS UPDATE As part of our on going commitment to support our customers during the transition to RoHS compliance, we have introduced two key procedures into our quality system to assist in identifying the status of the product we are supplying. • During September 2005 we introduced product compliance status on all of our order confirmations and delivery notes. • During October 2005 we started labelling the packaging of compliant product with the following label: We would also like to take this opportunity to get some feedback from our customers on your preparations for RoHS compliance and especially if you have exemptions from the Directive.
